Eworld Rebuild is a Canadian distributor of Alternators, Starter Motors and Generators. We also repair and rebuild AC/DC Motors and Generators. Our goal is to sell you the best products at the best prices.

Customer information, will not be sold, exchanged, or given to any company without the consent of the customer, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Shipping and Pick Up
Orders placed before 1:00 pm will ship the same day. Orders after 1:00 pm will ship the next day. In an event where this time frame is not possible, the customer will be notified and will have a refund option. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received. All purchases can be picked up at our location, free of charge. Please send an email and confirm a time before you come to pick up a purchase.
Return/Refund
A refund will be provided only for the cost of the parts purchased. You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund. In order to cancel an order, you must send an email with your order information and reason for cancellation. Damages received during shipping must be notified to Eworld Rebuild within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, Eworld Rebuild will not be held responsible for damages. Credit will be issued for damaged or defective items only after they have been returned and inspected. When placing an order please make sure to select the correct items. To keep the price of our quality parts down, we charge 20% and original shipping cost for returned items. Component parts included but not limited to regulator, rectifier, armature, bearings, solenoid, drive and brushes cannot be returned for a refund. Component parts can be exchanged within 2 weeks of original purchase if packaging has not been opened and installation has not been attempted. Please note that component parts are not covered under the warranty.
Warranty
Alternators, starter motors and generators purchased from Eworld Rebuild are warranted for one year (component parts are not included in the warranty). Warranty is for part replacement only – warranty does not cover labour, towing, storage, rentals, lost wages, legal fees or any other incidental fees. If there is a problem with an item, please notify us prior to altering/installation as all altered, abused or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty. After the item is received by Eworld Rebuild for processing, a replacement unit will be sent out. If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from Eworld Rebuild to be shipped to the customer at once. This shipping cost will be covered by Eworld Rebuild. After Eworld Rebuild receives the returned unit, the refund of the second purchase will be issued. Please send an email with your name, invoice number, and details about the return to eworldrebuild@gmail.com.
Core Charge
Some parts have a core charge. If the customer does not bring their old core when purchasing, a core deposit must be paid. The customer can then return their old core – if it is in a rebuildable condition – for a refund of the core deposit. Cores with cracks through the frames, excessive missing fins or other major damages cannot be accepted.
